The Prolific story began in Palm Desert, California in the spring of 1987.  The international company now known as Prolific Media set out on its intrepid journey as a one-man promotional powerhouse. In its infancy, Prolific Media was gestating within the mind of its founder and president, Jeffrey Gator Henry, as he transitioned from the US Marine Corps to become one of the most influential promoters and producers of live events in southern California, doing so within two short years of his honorable exit from the military. Within three years, Mr. Henry’s events were being nationally broadcast on ESPN and MTV, and were attracting audiences in the tens of thousands. One of his earlier creations, “Beauty and the Beach”, would become one of the most successful live programs in MTV’s broadcasting history, and his prowess in publishing would lead to the creation and international distribution of one of the highest selling posters ever. Within seven years, Prolific Media would come of age with the creation and international distribution of Mr. Henry’s hit television series, “EdenQuest” starring Pamela Anderson and Anna Nicole Smith, and the creation and launch of the most successful environmental awareness campaign in the State of California, The 'Adopt-A-Beach' program.
